Okay, y’all… These dogs were the absolute sweetest of any yet! They’re all “underdogs” for a reason - maybe their breed is discriminated against, or they’re just misunderstood, but they are ALL so wonderful and deserving of their own perfect home. Enjoy!
I had the honor of getting to photograph the adoptable Beagles from Atlanta Beagle Rescue this morning, in hopes that these photos will help them find their future Forever Homes! They were all so good and sweet. Enjoy!
Jessica Luce Photography meets Victoria Stilwell at Beyond the Myth screening!
Atlanta dog photographer Jessica Luce met world-renowned dog trainer and anti-breed specific legislation activist Victoria Stilwell last night while photographing the Atlanta screening of Beyond the Myth, a film by Libby Sherrill. What an honor!
As I’ve been working toward my portfolio completion, I’ve realized I don’t have many photos of a) men who own dogs and b) alternative-lifestyle dog owners. Today, I had a friend of a friend volunteer himself and his sweet pit bull Nina. She was so sweet, and Mike is a great guy. Enjoy!
Met a special little dog and his daddy today, Chance and Brendan. Chance was going to be taken to a pound but my friend Catherine took him instead and introduced him to her boyfriend Brendan, and they are now such a cute family! Here are my favorites from my shoot with them today. Enjoy!
I found a wonderful new dog-friendly area today and was lucky enough to have a great dog-and-mom couple to enjoy it with me; Fergus and Catherine! This little gentleman has a sweet adoption story and Catherine is the most doting dog-mom. Enjoy!
I had the opportunity today to photograph a graduate from my school and her sweet little boy Baxter… And I couldn’t have enjoyed it more! Here are some of the photos I loved from our time together this evening. Enjoy!
Alright, faithful Tumblr followers, I have a favor to ask of you all. I need to know what words you would use to describe my dog photography to others! This will be very helpful to me in creating a tagline for my soon-to-be-launched business, and you will all be rewarded with more photos posted soon! :)
I finally printed our wedding invitations last night and had a wonderful time doing them. I even did all the kerning of the type and made it look pretty damn good, if I say so myself! :) Here’s a glimpse of what I was up to yesterday. Enjoy!
I visited with Mary Graham and her three rescued (former racing) greyhounds this week. They were such sweet hounds, and each had such a distinct and lovely personality! The boys were curious, and the girl was as laid-back as they come. Here’s a few of the first-round edits from my afternoon with the Graham Greys. Enjoy!
